**  Note:  The username is the ENTIRE string.  if you just use rdadmin it will not connect.

if you want to use IE the string is ftp://rdadmin@scimitar-online.net@scimitar-online.net  (pass: penumbra)

but of course, it is recommended to use an FTP client.
