Obligatory First Post

Looks like I'm going to attempt to jump on the NaNoWriMo bandwagon. My little story is gonna follow a "fantasy" theme about the life of a bitter old warrior. I already have the plot points, story arcs, and major events mapped out in a Word document. My intial plan was to use "Rusted" for graphic novel purposes in hopes of practicing for my artistic desires: learning to sketch better, animate better, learn 3D graphics better, etc.

Will I actually find time to write this slapped together 50,000 word novel over the course of a single month? We'll have to see. Will anyone care to follow Rusted's story? Hopefully having others such as American Blogger and Stradasphere stepping up to the plate, the desire to stick with it will remain.
